The Brillance Cachée website is dedicated to the sale of diamond painting decorations and handcrafted items decorated with diamonds.

2. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) apply to all sales made on the Brillance Cachée website, both in France and internationally.
Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms by the customer.

3. Products

The products offered are handmade or hand-decorated; therefore, each item may display slight variations in appearance or color.
The photographs shown on the website are non-contractual but accurately represent the items offered.

4. Prices

All prices are listed in euros (€), including all applicable taxes (VAT included).
Shipping fees are indicated before the final validation of the order.
Brillance Cachée reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; however, products will be invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of the order.

5. Orders

Customers may place orders through the website or by any other method made available by Brillance Cachée.
An order is considered final only after full payment has been received.

All payments are fully secured. Orders will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

7. Delivery Times and Methods

• Items in stock: shipped within 3 business days.

• Custom-made or personalized items: delivery times vary depending on the size and complexity of the creation.

Brillance Cachée ships worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

8. Returns and Refunds

Return policy:

• In case of an order error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• If an item arrives damaged, a refund will be issued upon presentation of photos proving the damage.
  In this case, return costs will be covered by Brillance Cachée.

No refunds will be issued for personalized or custom-made items unless a proven defect is found.

9. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has 14 days to exercise the right of withdrawal, except for personalized or custom-made products, which cannot be returned or exchanged.

10. Liability

Brillance Cachée shall not be held liable for delays or losses caused by shipping services.
Products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport.

11. Intellectual Property

All elements of the website (texts, photos, creations, logo, design) are the exclusive property of Brillance Cachée.
Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

12. Protection of Personal Data
